BRISBANE Roar Youth handed 10-man Young Tigers A their second defeat in seven matches in the Queensland National Premier League, winning 3-2 at Perry Park in Brisbane yesterday.
Jai Ingham erased Tigers’ second-minute lead through Faizat Ghazli by scoring twice in the next four minutes before Lachlan Jackson made it 3-1 in the 25th.
After substitute Kenny Pallraj was sent off in the 68th minute, D. Saarvindran pulled one back 10 minutes later but Roar hung on to their lead till the end.
Meanwhile, Young Tigers B ended a wretched run of 10 consecutive defeats in Singapore’s S-League by beating Woodlands Wellington 1-0 in Pasir Gudang.
Ramzi Sufian’s third goal of the season in the 58th minute earned Tigers B their first points this year
